Preventative Maintenance for SEM departmental paper shredders and SEM Model 0201 optical media destroyer.

Agreement consists of one scheduled visit by an SEM Authorized Service Technician. PM service consists of the following:

• Inspection of shredder and cabinet for visual damage or oil leaks
• Inspect shred samples to ensure shredded waste meets specifications
• Check all functions of system
• Clean and lubricate system
• Clean photo-eye sensors and cutting head
• Clean loose material from cabinet and/or top cover
• Clean and lubricate drive chains and/or gears
