Medium
Destroy up to 900 pounds per hour with our medium volume solution. This disintegrator package includes our SEM model 23/5 fitted with an integrated waste collection system, sound reduction system, and master control panel. This package has the option of adding a feed conveyor.
Large
Destroy up to 1,200 pounds per hour with our high volume solution. This disintegrator package includes our SEM model 3000 fitted with an integrated waste collection system, sound reduction system, master control panel, and conveyor. This package has the option of adding a briquettor.

SEM Founder Leonard Rosen designed the world’s first paper disintegrator in 1968, and we’ve been building off of that idea ever since.
Rotor and bed knives pulverize material inside a cutting chamber until material is small enough to fall through a pre-determined screen size so that the final particle size produced is the same every time. All SEM disintegrators are listed on the NSA/CSS Evaluated Products List for the destruction of paper, key tape, and CDs when purchased with a 3/32 screen.
