The USAG Wiesbaden/Clay Kaserne Technology Industry Expo connects government and industry to collaborate on mission requirements and technology solutions. This event, which is open and free to all USAG Wiesbaden/Clay Kaserne personnel, provides an opportunity for the government/military to see the latest in emerging technologies, network with industry experts, and educate industry partners on upcoming needs and requirements.

Wiesbaden is a 25 minute car ride from the Frankfurt International Airport, and sits right next to the historical city of Mainz. This event will be taking place at the Italian Grill at the Airlift.

Joint Base McGuire/Dix/Lakehurst is home to more than 80 mission partners and 40 mission commanders providing a wide range of combat capability. JB MDL is home to the 87th Air Base Wing, which provides installation management support for almost 4,000 facilities with an approximate value of $9.3 billion in physical infrastructure. More than 42,000 Airmen, Soldiers, Sailors, Marines, Coast Guardsmen, civilians and their family members live and work on and around JB MDL. The Expo is co-hosted by the 87th CS, Fort Dix NEC and AFCEA Philadelphia Chapter and will be promoted to all major commands and tenant units at JB MDL and will be the one opportunity to reach these DoD personnel in 2025.

The Spring Technology Expo for APG is a tremendous opportunity to interact with key personnel from the organizations and commands from all over this very important army installation. Make contact with hundreds of technology personnel from organizations at APG in this one very productive Expo. Whether you want to strengthen relationships with APG customers or make new contacts or need to start making inroads at Aberdeen Proving Ground, the Spring Technology Expo is the way to do it. The number of exhibiting companies is limited to 50 making it very important to secure a space right away.

The Hill AFB Technology Expo is another very popular event and is a one of a kind opportunity to interact with key personnel from this important air force base. Over 250 personnel attend annually and with strong exhibitor participation this expo always sells out. Hill Air Force Base is an Air Force Materiel Command base located in northern Utah. Hill is home to many operational and support missions, with the Ogden Air Logistics Center (OO-ALC) serving as the main organization and the 75th Air Base Wing providing the support. The center provides worldwide engineering and logistics management for the F-16 Fighting Falcon, A-10 Thunderbolt II, Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile.

The 75th ABW provides base operating support for the Ogden Air Logistics Center, the 388th and 419th Fighter Wings, 84th Combat Sustainment Wing, 309th Maintenance Wing, 508th Aerospace Sustainment Wing and 25 associate units. Promotional efforts for Hill will be far reaching but the focus will be on the Air Logistics Centers Directorates and the 75th ABWs tenant commands and units. Technology Vendors who participate in this program highly regard this event as the most effective way to reach key personnel at Hill AFB. Speaking opportunities are also available for exhibitors in the Hill Event.

This event will be taking place at the Landing on base.

This Cyber & IT Forum is being supported and coordinated with the Office of the Network Enterprise Center (NEC) Deputy Director, 59th Signal Battalion, and the AFCEA Alaska Chapter. Senior Leaders from the 59th Signal Battalion, 673rd Communications Squadron, and Alaska Command J6, are supporting the event.

The Signal Corps Regimental Association (SCRA) – Denali Chapter will also be co-host, and the event will take place on Thursday, May 29, 2025. 

The Cyber & IT Forum will focus on educating Pacific Forces end-users at JBER. Expect to see attendees from the 59th Signal Battalion, U.S. Army Alaska (USARAK), Alaska Command (ALCOM), 673rd Communications Squadron,  611th Air Communications Squadron, 176th Communications Squadron, and more.

The Annual Lackland event has come back stronger than ever (post pandemic) with over 250 personnel attending the past two years. The AFCEA Alamo Chapter and AFSA 1076 Chapters are the strong hosts of this expo that makes the most of your time in a region full of Air Force and DoD personnel. Randolph and Brooks AFBs and Fort Sam Houston personnel are all promoted to for this popular annual exposition. Attracting 200+ attendees each year, this is the one Air Force Expo in San Antonio that attracts contacts from all over the JBSA area. A favorite among vendors who sell to the military in San Antonio, this show is always known for attracting the key technology personnel at a crucial time of year.

This will be another outstanding opportunity for Offutt personnel to interact with Industry Vendors and is always a Must Do event. Offutt Air Force Base is home of the 55th Wing, featuring STRATCOM and a variety of tenant units. Offutt’s diverse missions and global responsibilities put it on the cutting edge of the Air Force’s transformation. Each branch of the US military is represented among the approximately 12,000 military and federal employees assigned there. The 55th Mission Support Group provides vital mission support for Offutt AFB through engineering, security, mission support, services, supply, transportation, contracting & deployment readiness programs.

The Annual Technology Expo will attract personnel from commands and organizations from the entire base including: 55th Civil Engineering Squadron 55th Contracting Squadron 55th Force Support Squadron 55th Security Forces Squadron 55th Logistics Readiness Flight Logistics Distribution Division 55th Communications Squadron 55th Strategic Communications Squadron 55th Mobile Command and Control Squadron.
